Land clain from John and Philippe Young 1790

This is the microfilm for the claim Philippe and his father John did which according to the documents Placide  Gaudet: 

17 March 1806 John & Philippe Young ask lot at Nipisiguit adjoining Pierre Doucet. (Lejeunes?)

The strory I read was that John and Philippe were away when a group of Nipisiguit folks claimed land so they claimed later with an explanation and the land was granted.
